We’re looking for a senior, hands‑on developer who thrives in ownership, autonomy, and purpose‑driven work.
What you’ll bring:
- ✔️ 7+ years of experience with mobile development
- ✔️ 5+ years of experience with TypeScript
- ✔️ 5+ years of experience with React Native
- ✔️ 3+ years of backend experience with Node.js
- ✔️ 3+ years of experience with SQL / relational databases
- ✔️ Strong professional English communication skills — able to collaborate, document decisions, and participate confidently in a fully remote, international environment
- ✔️ Comfort working in a very small team — you’re autonomous, self‑sufficient, and capable of driving work forward without needing constant direction
- ✔️ High ownership and proactivity — you notice what’s needed, propose solutions, and take initiative rather than waiting for perfect specs
- ✔️ Ability to navigate ambiguity — you can turn fuzzy problems into clear, actionable steps
- ✔️ Excellent async communication skills — you can explain technical decisions, discuss trade‑offs, and keep the team aligned across time zones
- ✔️ Comfort taking the lead on the mobile app initiative — you’ll be the primary owner of redesigning and evolving our mobile app, working closely with product and design, and helping shape technical direction
- ✔️ Bonus points if you’re fond of capybaras 🦫
