What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and engage with internal and external parties to ensure contractual compliance
- Support customer audits, claims reviews, and issue investigations related to contract compliance
- Initiate process improvements to enhance financial analytics and customer service
- Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Program Management, and Technology, to achieve excellent service
- Communicate financial data insights clearly to senior leadership, translating complex numbers into actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, finance, or FP&A
- Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems
- Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and/or Power BI
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- MBA, MAcc, or MS Finance degree
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA
- Experience working in a medium to large-sized company
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
