We are looking to add a Senior Field Marketing Manager to our team!

LOCATION : Remote
REPORTS TO : Cheif Growth and Experience Officer
PAY: $72000/salary
CORE RESPONSIBILITES:
Strategic Market Leadership
  • Lead regional market analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide team strategy

  • Develop scalable, localized marketing plans aligned with national brand goals

  • Serve as the primary liaison between field marketing and senior leadership

  • Will work closely with field leadership and will assist in driving initiatives within the center such as call conversions, revenue per guest, and enrichment activities

  • Will assist in training as needed.

Campaign Oversight & Innovation
  • Will identify growth opportunities and help develop high-impact marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to ensure consistency and innovation .

Event Strategy & Execution
  • Lead planning and execution of regional events, activations, and community outreach

  • Ensure logistical excellence and brand alignment across all field events

  • Supervise promotion strategies including social media amplification

Partnership Development
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with local Veterinarians, animal shelters, community organizations, and businesses

  • Guide team in leveraging partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility

  • Oversee distribution of marketing materials and promotional assets

Budget & Resource Management
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution

  • Provide guidance to Field Marketing Managers on budget allocation and tracking

  • Collaborate with Center Managers to align marketing spend with business goals

Performance & Team Development
  • Monitor KPIs and lead monthly business reviews with direct reports

  • Coach and mentor Field Marketing Managers to achieve performance targets

  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in Pet Care, Hospitality, Sales, or Field Marketing

  • Proven leadership experience in regional marketing or territory sales

  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling marketing campaigns

  • Experience managing teams in a matrixed organization

Skills
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and project management abilities

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Passion for pets and pet care industry

  • Willingness to travel 50–75% across designated region

  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record

  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events

  • Ability to lift 40lbs and work in pet care environments
