Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Facility Assistant in joining an experienced Facilities team with over 50 years of combined workplace operations expertise. This is a full-time position based in Calgary, Alberta.
This role will require the ability to maintain flexibility and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, proficient use of data entry / retrieval and perform physical work activities with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be required to perform hands‑on workplace, and facilities support activities such as assisting with office moves, furniture rearrangements, workstations and space planning when relocating staff personnel throughout the office, as well as assisting with a variety of administrative and general facilities responsibilities as required. to support the team's day‑to‑day functions including, but not limited to the following.
