Qualificações

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage multidisciplinary infrastructure projects through concept, investigation, design, and construction phases including budget, schedule, coordination, and task scope
• Collaborate with and lead multidisciplinary teams through the design process
• Manage, execute, and provide technical support for a variety of challenging infrastructure projects
• Communicate effectively with clients, business partners, subconsultants, and team members
• Develop proposals for new work including scope of work, fee estimates, and client coordination

What is Required (Qualifications):

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• 8+ years of design‑ and/or construction‑oriented consulting engineering experience
• A Professional Engineering license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
• Project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• A Master's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, or related fields
• Familiarity with heavy civil construction means and methods
• Willingness and ability to perform field work and travel
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a multi-person team
