What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multidisciplinary infrastructure projects through concept, investigation, design, and construction phases including budget, schedule, coordination, and task scope
- Collaborate with and lead multidisciplinary teams through the design process
- Manage, execute, and provide technical support for a variety of challenging infrastructure projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, business partners, subconsultants, and team members
- Develop proposals for new work including scope of work, fee estimates, and client coordination
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- 8+ years of design‑ and/or construction‑oriented consulting engineering experience
- A Professional Engineering license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A Master's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, or related fields
- Familiarity with heavy civil construction means and methods
- Willingness and ability to perform field work and travel
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a multi-person team
