Responsibilities
  • Articulate the value of the employer's platform with Microsoft to decision-makers and expertly manage the complex sales cycle
  • Collaborate with the employer's sellers and leadership to identify, progress, and close Microsoft sourced and influenced opportunities
  • Support prospecting and sales efforts within assigned territory and/or accounts in partnership with marketing teams
  • Provide executive-level communications, analysis, proposals, and status updates to the leadership team
  • Navigate key under-penetrated accounts within the Microsoft field and manage ambiguity while solving complex problems
Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, ideally in a business development and alliance capacity
  • Strong track record of sales quota overachievement
  • Specific experience with Microsoft, either having worked there or managing a partnership/alliance
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence third-party stakeholders without formal authority
  • Established relationships with mid-level and senior leaders in Microsoft's sales organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience directing and collaborating on go-to-market activities with Microsoft field
  • Skilled in driving bi-directional co-sell collaboration
  • Capacity to pro-actively propel account mapping exercises to drive leads with the field
  • Awareness of Microsoft sales incentives
  • A do-what-it-takes approach and alignment with the employer's values
