As an internationally distributed software development team, we are hiring:

Sr Developer

Responsible for developing software applications solutions for organization's external and internal clients. Developers may be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Developer's work with clients, product managers analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions consistent with the business objective. Developers may develop and review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure and deploy software. Developers also participate and collaborate with other stakeholder including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, - procurement when required to assist in other aspects of their projects. Developers at organization are expected to be results-oriented, have knowledge of new and legacy technologies, have knowledge of the relevant platforms and environments, and be familiar with business process, functions and data within their domain to provide innovative, insightful, and secure solutions.

This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Requirements
  • Education: Desired BA/BS degree -- or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Experience: Desired a strong experience in equivalent or similar area.
  • Fuctional Knowledge: Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Business Expertise: Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competitions and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
  • Leadership: Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Be able to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Communication - Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
