Uma empresa global de recursos humanos está contratando um Desenvolvedor de Aplicações Sênior em Porto Alegre. O candidato trabalhará em um ambiente ágil, desenvolvendo e testando aplicações com foco em tecnologias modernas como HTML, JavaScript e AWS. É necessário ter habilidade em liderança e mentoria de desenvolvedores juniors. O trabalho será híbrido, combinando escritório e trabalho remoto.

Qualificações

• Sólidos conhecimentos em desenvolvimento front-end e back-end.
• Experiência em trabalho colaborativo dentro das equipes ágeis.
• Conhecimento em processos de folha de pagamento e contabilidade é desejável.

Responsabilidades

• Trabalhar em um time ágil para desenvolver e testar aplicações.
• Liderar e guiar projetos, mentorando desenvolvedores juniors.

In this role, you will work within a scrum team to bring the designs and ideas to life for new or improved applications. This work will support a mix of internal and external clients.

You will start your day on a scrum call to prioritize and track work. Within the team you work on, you will choose user stories to work within a sprint cycle. You will spend most of your day developing and testing your code.

Hybrid work model, office in Porto Alegre/RS.

Front-End: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Stencil, RxJS, Flutter (bonus)

Back-End : Node.js, Express/Fastify, REST/GraphQL

Cloud/DevOps : AWS ECS, Lambda, CDN/CloudFront, Git, Jenkins, Docker

Knowledge on payroll and/or accounting processes is desirable to understand what’s being done and how your work affects the users. As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with your team to lead and guide projects to success. You'll have a hands-on role designing, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions where you can leverage your expertise with code complexities. You'll also serve as a mentor to the junior developers.
