Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a Pricing Data Engineer to develop and optimize price calculation routines and data pipelines. The role focuses on high-volume data processing and performance tuning in batch and near real-time environments.

You will work with SQL Server, implement analytical models, and collaborate with business stakeholders to refine pricing strategies while ensuring data quality and reliability across the pricing platform.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with advanced SQL and data processing
• Experience with high-volume data processing
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
• Familiarity with dimensional and/or analytical modeling
• Pricing domain experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain price calculation routines and business rules related to Pricing
• Create and optimize SQL queries for processing large volumes of data
• Build and monitor high-volume data loading pipelines
• Ensure performance and efficiency in batch and near real-time processes
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in performance and data architecture
• Ensure quality and consistency of the data used in calculations

Requirements

• Strong experience with advanced SQL (complex queries, tuning, indexes, partitioning)
• Experience with high-volume data processing (big data or high transactional load)
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
• Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with dimensional and/or analytical modeling
