Job Description

As Senior Data Scientist you will own end-to-end data workflows and build ML pipelines for analytics and predictive modeling. You will partner with stakeholders to refine questions, apply advanced statistical and ML techniques and communicate insights that inspire action.

• build and own end-to-end data-driven workflows for product and business growth
• produce concise, high-impact analyses of product usage patterns on demand
• apply advanced statistical and ML models to product usage, retention and business performance data
• explain models and results in simple terms for diverse audiences
• partner with product, engineering and business teams to define questions and guide decisions
• translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable impact
• create impactful reports, dashboards and visualizations that highlight what matters most
• communicate findings clearly to inspire action across teams

What You Bring

• Advanced modeling expertise (statistical methods, ML algorithms)
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles and pipeline design
• Hands‑on experience with major Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn for data manipulation and visualization
• Experience with DBT, Databricks and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data
• Ability to work autonomously and influence decisions
