A healthcare company is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Professional to manage data integration and ETL processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SQL development and data analysis, with a passion for automation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to improving consumer experiences.
The Senior Data and Reporting Professional manages information from various sources, transforming and loading data while enforcing accuracy and integrity in order to support ongoing reporting and analytics efforts. The Senior Data and Reporting Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The ability to own and understand data within a given domain is key to success.
The Senior Data and Reporting Professional integrates data from multiple sources to produce required data elements. Programs and maintains data pipelines and scheduled ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) jobs to support information dashboards, canned reports and other end‑user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Begins to influence business strategy by representing technical issues and options effectively to stakeholders. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
The ideal candidate has the ability to understand complex data and systems while also possessing a drive to simplify and streamline processes. Candidates should have a passion for automation and be able to provide examples of manual processes they've automated.
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$73,400 - $100,100 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
