What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead advanced churn analysis and customer success analytics, owning complex analytical projects that impact retention and growth
  • Conduct post-churn analysis to identify patterns and root causes of customer attrition across segments
  • Utilize advanced statistical methods and AI-powered analytical approaches to investigate churn drivers
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Marketing, and Product teams to translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Develop automated reporting systems to monitor customer health and churn risk factors
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, with expertise in customer analytics and churn analysis in a SaaS environment
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R, with experience in building analytical models and machine learning algorithms
  • Hands-on experience with AI and agentic modeling approaches for customer behavior analysis
  • Strong experience with analytics tools such as Snowflake, Looker, or Tableau
  • Proven ability to lead complex analytical projects and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Experience with customer analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Background in developing retention strategies based on analytical insights
  • Familiarity with experimental design and A/B testing methods
  • Experience with modern data science workflows and version control systems
