Siemens in Brazil is seeking an experienced Power BI professional to deliver end‑to‑end BI solutions in a hybrid work model based in Jundiaí or São Paulo. You will partner with business stakeholders to build scalable data models and high‑quality reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

The role requires 4–7 years of hands‑on BI delivery, strong data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and fluent English and Portuguese communication. CLT employment with hybrid work arrangement available.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern data architecture patterns.
• Advanced English and Portuguese communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own BI solutions end‑to‑end, from data preparation to reporting and delivery.
• Build reusable Power Query patterns with parameters, functions, and multi‑source data handling.
• Design clean star‑schema data models with role‑playing dimensions and optimized storage modes.
• Develop intermediate‑to‑advanced DAX measures including time intelligence and relationships.
• Create advanced visualizations with dynamic titles, tooltips, drill‑through, and KPI parameters.
• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, apps, gateways, and deployment pipelines.
• Optimize model and visual performance; apply incremental refresh and performance tuning.
• Build and optimize Fabric artifacts including Dataflow Gen2, Lakehouse and Data Warehouse tables/views.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI professional with 4–7 years of hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end BI solutions. This role involves close partnership with business stakeholders, building scalable data models, and delivering high‑quality, high‑performance reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Own BI solutions end‑to‑end, from data preparation to reporting and delivery
• Build reusable Power Query patterns with parameters, functions, and multi‑source data handling
• Design clean star‑schema data models with role‑playing dimensions and optimized storage modes
• Develop intermediate‑to‑advanced DAX measures including time intelligence, iterators, USERELATIONSHIP, dynamic formats, and disconnected tables
• Create advanced visualizations with dynamic titles, tooltips, drill‑through, and field parameters for dynamic KPIs and columns
• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, apps, gateways, and Dev/Test/Prod deployment pipelines
• Optimize model and visual performance; apply incremental refresh and performance tuning best practices
• Build and optimize Fabric artifacts including Dataflow Gen2, Lakehouse and Data Warehouse tables/views, Pipelines, and Notebooks
• Apply lakehouse medallion architecture concepts (bronze/silver/gold)
• Ensure high standards of delivery quality and reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Database Management, or related fields.
• Senior experience in Power BI and BI solution development
• Strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern data architecture patterns
• Advanced English and Portuguese communication skills.

Work Location and Contract Model

• CLT (Brazilian labor law), hybrid model (work from home some days of the week)
• Jundiaí or São Paulo; for professionals from other states the work model will be remote.
