What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Federal Government Land Mobile Radio service contracts to ensure successful service delivery
- Cultivate and develop key relationships while growing managed service product sales within large customer accounts
- Collaborate with sales account management and pre‑sale/post‑sale teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service growth
- Achieve profit and loss goals, including service billings and cost/margin performance
- Forecast and manage applicable accounts while maintaining compliance with contracting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in LMR, Public Safety, Project Coordination, Project Management, Account Management, Customer Support, or Technical Services Sales with large Government customers or Military experience
- 5+ years of successful experience with lifecycle service account management, systems implementation/integration, LMR sales, or LMR engineering
- Knowledge and experience utilizing Google Suite and Microsoft business software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to utilize Oracle and Salesforce applications effectively
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Motorola RF systems and products
- Experience with US Federal Government contracts performance
- Familiarity with project revenue and margin tracking in Excel
- Ability to learn service products and create compelling proposals
- Strong sales skills in establishing customer relationships and closing service support sales opportunities
