Culinary Trainer Position

This senior culinary role focuses on developing and executing the overall Culinary Training & Development strategy for junior crew members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring understanding and delivery of service standards, training materials, operational practices, and rating systems for the Culinary Department.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for junior culinary staff.
  • Collaborate with Senior Culinary Leadership to evaluate crew member performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Coach and mentor Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chefs, and Chef de Partie on effective training methods, including session setup, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Provide guidance on creating and delivering engaging training content to meet the needs of diverse culinary staff.
  • Lead performance audits to assess crew member competence and identify areas for development.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef to create personalized improvement plans for underperforming staff.
