Job Responsibilities

• Architect credit underwriting, pre-screen targeting, A/B testing, and credit limit assignment strategies
• Utilize deep analysis to enhance credit card offerings using a comprehensive data ecosystem
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to design new machine learning models
• Partner with implementation teams to deploy new strategies effectively
• Monitor performance of strategies and portfolios, documenting results and escalating issues as necessary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related field
• Proficiency in credit risk strategy and consumer credit analytics
• Strong analytical skills including experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Experience with A/B testing, regression, and logistic regression

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with credit strategy analytical life cycle and customer performance data
• Experience with Decision Trees and bureau attributesAny suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience
