Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Conducting and leading audits of moderate to high risk and complexity to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, adequacy of operational and internal controls, and identification of improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Participating in audit scoping and risk assessment.

Analyzing data and selecting samples for testing processes to identify control gaps and areas of potential operational improvement.

Documenting and summarising audit findings and developing recommendations for process improvement.

Communicating audit findings both orally and in written form to management.

Your Skills And Expertise - Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in Finance and / or Accounting related areas.
• Previous work experience in Finance and / or Accounting areas.
• Advanced English and Spanish level (reading, speaking, listening and writing).

Additional Qualifications

• Experience working in an internal audit function or Big 4 audit experience.
• Professional accounting certifications including the CIA, CPA or CMA.
• Comprehensive analytical, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of statistical sampling methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis).

Travel

May include up to 20% domestic / international travel.

Work Location

This role has an on‑site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the corporate office at Sumaré / SP.
