Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance conversational AI solutions, integrating natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning for exceptional user experiences.
• Lead the development of chatbots and voice initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Architect scalable systems handling real-time interactions and various channels of communication.
• Guide and mentor engineers, promoting best practices and innovation in software development.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

• Experience as technical lead or engineering manager of a software development team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience in software development, focusing on AI and conversational solutions.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Low Code, NodeJS, JavaScript, Golang, or other microservices languages.
• Experience with NLP technologies and frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).
• Strong understanding of microservices, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving collaborative projects.
