What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide quality client delivery to Organizational Change Management (OCM) clients
  • Develop stakeholder assessments and organizational readiness plans
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness, identifying key stakeholders
  • Create and deliver communications to align sponsors, leaders, and teams throughout transformations
  • Manage a workstream within a project and lead a small team of client personnel and consultants
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in change management disciplines
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Background in Consulting Services, particularly in the Big 4
  • Experience in developing and delivering communications to clients
  • Demonstrated ERP platform experience in SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or equivalent
