What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Deliver quality client services to Organizational Change Management (OCM) clients
  • Develop stakeholder assessments and organizational readiness plans
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness while identifying key stakeholders
  • Create and implement change management processes to maximize client adoption and usage
  • Manage a workstream within a project and lead a small team of client personnel and consultants
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in change management disciplines
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience with one full lifecycle ERP implementation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to work independently and collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in Consulting Services, particularly with Big 4 firms
  • Experience in developing and delivering communications to clients
  • Demonstrated ERP platform experience in SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Workday
