DevOps Specialist

A critical role in driving cloud platform adoption and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Maintain and improve AWS Cloud Services; Manage Kubernetes resources to ensure scalability; Contribute to the development of technical solutions through RFC and ADRs documents; Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Automate infrastructure deployment to reduce downtime; Built and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for smooth releases; Design monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve observability; Develop automated backup strategies, define disaster recovery plans, and implement security best practices to mitigate risks; Automate deployment processes, security checks, and operational workflows through workflow integration.

Key Requirements

• Experience in a DevOps environment, with hands‑on AWS expertise;
• Proficiency in IaC tools, specifically Terraform and Helm Charts;
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like CircleCI and GitHub Actions;
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, VPC);
• Understanding of security best practices for cloud environments;
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail;
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Shell, or Python).

Favorable Skills

• Networking & Security – Familiarity with DNS, Zero Trust, load balancing, IAM, firewall rules, VPNs, and cloud security best practices.
• Monitoring & Observability – Experience using Datadog, CloudWatch.
• Kubernetes packet managers (e.g., Helm, Kubectl).
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
