ICON is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist (FSP - Sponsor Dedicated) to design and conduct clinical studies that evaluate safety and efficacy of innovative treatments. You will lead trials in a sponsor-dedicated model supported by ICON’s global expertise, mentoring colleagues as needed.

Your strong foundation in clinical research and study design, along with regulatory knowledge and analytical skills, will drive high-quality outcomes and strategic guidance through development and regulatory

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive clinical research and study design experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines for clinical trials.
• Excellent analytical, statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel about 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the design and execution of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
• Analyzing clinical data and interpreting results to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in clinical research, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Extensive experience in clinical research and study design, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and requirements related to clinical trials.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20%)
