About the Role

We are seeking an experienced claims professional with a real passion for providing exceptional customer service. Employing excellent adjudications skills, you will independently handle claims to resolution, while also working closely with the underwriting and products teams.

• Collaborate with customers and brokers to achieve the most advantageous claim resolution.
• Work with the Operations team to ensure effective and efficient claim administration and accurate data.
• Review, support and assist in developing policy wordings and tailored solutions for clients.
• Liaise with Actuarial, Finance and Risk Management colleagues to share information in the management of claims, clients and risks.

We are a team of Claims professionals with broad and diverse insurance industry knowledge and in-depth claims expertise. In addition to handling claims in Brazil, you will interact with teams and business partners abroad. In partnership with client managers and our business partners, we market our products and services through industry and client events. We pride ourselves on providing a high-level of analysis and results to Swiss Re and our clients!

About You

Our team is seeking someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills who also possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and influencing abilities.

• Bachelor's Law degree
• Analytical and commercial mindset; knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, being agile and flexible to changing environment and needs.
• 5-7-year experience handling Casualty/Surety Claims
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Profound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Package
