Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing daily expense documents and employee reimbursements to ensure compliance with company internal controls and tax regulations.

You will also prepare, review, and process bank payments, follow up on bank payment processes to ensure timely and accurate payments, and assist in compiling information on imported goods to ensure accurate accounting data. In addition, you will accurately issue sales and transit invoices according to business needs, assist in compiling operating data, cost, tax burden, and other relevant data, communicate with external accountants and tax advisors, and assist with monthly closing, tax filing, and compliance matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.

Professional Knowledge: Familiar with Brazilian tax regulations (ICMS, IPI, PIS / COFINS, Simples, Lucro Presumido / Lucro Real, etc.).

Software Skills: Familiar with Brazilian invoicing systems (NF-e, NFS-e, etc.) and have practical experience in invoicing operations.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, taxation, or related fields.

Work Experience: Prior experience in finance or accounting within a Brazilian company is preferred.

Work Abilities: Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to adapt to multitasking environments.
