We invite a Senior Business Analyst to join our highly specialized engineering team working on a critical financial transaction platform. In this role, you’ll analyze and translate business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support the development of a high‑volume, high‑performance payment orchestration system. You’ll help ensure our mission‑critical software meets business objectives, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

  • 4+ years of business analysis experience in software development or fintech
  • Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into actionable requirements
  • Experience with high‑volume, high‑performance financial systems or payment platforms
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, product)
  • Proficiency in BA methodology and tools, including Confluence and Jira
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and continuous delivery environments
  • Upper‑Intermediate+ English level
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for clear communication and effective decision‑making
Desirable:
  • Background in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in software delivery for fintech projects

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for high‑volume, high‑performance financial systems
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows with clear acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to prioritize, refine, and validate requirements
  • Ensure solutions meet business goals, regulatory standards, and quality expectations
  • Support cross‑functional teams in delivering features from concept to production
  • Maintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation and continuously improve the requirement‑gathering process
