About the role

As a Business Analyst Senior, you will make an impact by collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications for payments and banking solutions. You will be a valued member of the technology and business analysis team, working closely with developers, production, managerial, and executive teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define end-user requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.
• Perform discovery of customer current processes, solutions, or platforms.
• Conduct gap analysis between customer requirements and standard solutions.
• Develop analyses and documentation, ensuring effective communication across teams.
• Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.
• Ensure requirements are delivered according to customer quality criteria.

What you need to have to be considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced/fluent proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Deep knowledge in payments applications.
• Experience in banking or processing backoffice.
• Extensive experience with ISO 8583.
• Strong understanding of Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts, certification processes, policies, and workflow.
• Experience in business rules for payments applications.
• High proficiency in business requirement writing.
• Extensive experience with data visualization.
• Proven customer service and follow-up skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in generating process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

These will help you stand out

• Knowledge in: IST Switch Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator, Fraud Navigator (functional point of view).
