The Role

We're looking for aSenior Backend Developerwho's passionate about building products from the ground up, not just features.

Someone who loves thinking abouthow everything fits together , contributes to the full product lifecycle, and takes ownership of their work end to end.

This role focuses primarily on thebackend(preferably inPython ), but may occasionally supportfrontendcomponents, as expected in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Contribute ideas to improve product performance, functionality, and user experience.

Take full ownership of deliverables — from architecture to deployment.

Work across the stack when needed, supporting frontend integration.

Participate in technical discussions, bringing both depth and perspective to product decisions.

Build and maintainAI agents or AI-driven features , ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of backend development experience , ideally in fast-paced startup environments.

Strong proficiency in Python(experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

Experience designing and maintainingAI agents or AI-driven systems .

Solid understanding of system design, debugging, and scalable architecture.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.

Advanced English communication skills (you'll interact daily with your teammates in English).

Collaborative mindset.

Open, curious, and comfortable in an agile, fast-changing environment.

Passion for building great products, not just writing code.

Nice to Have

Experience working across the stack (some familiarity with frontend technologies).

Previous experience in early-stage startups.

Familiarity with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), or data pipelines.
