Descrição da oferta de emprego

We are looking for an Associate with a highly hands-on profile to accelerate deal execution in the middle market. You will work on-site with clients, often on multiple simultaneous projects, structuring data, suggesting accounting entries, and preparing diligence/QoE packages that shorten the path from mandate to closing—even under challenging deadlines.

  • Client Data Readiness: map ERPs and internal controls, define scope, prioritize and launch RFIs with SLAs; track responses, overcome barriers, and ensure completeness of information.
  • Data Room Governance: structure, version, and maintain audit trails and completeness control.
  • Diligence Packages: build EBITDA bridges and normalizations; calculate normalized working capital and reconcile trial balances vs. management reports; prepare cash flow reconciliations, roll-forwards, cut-offs, and consistency checks; propose accounting entries (IFRS/BRGAAP) and review policies to ensure coherence of the financial story.
  • Integration with the M&A Team: manage timelines and deliverables; create databooks and dashboards for internal and client use; support technical materials, presentations, and counterpart Q&A.
  • Training & Influence: train client teams on financial reporting best practices to reduce rework.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years in Transaction Services, Due Diligence, or Audit (Big Four/boutiques); FP&A/Controllership with deal exposure also considered;
  • Solid accounting foundation (preferably Accounting degree/active CRC);
  • Command of QoE, EBITDA bridge, normalized working capital, reconciliations, and critical analysis of financial statements; advanced Excel;
  • Experience with middle-market ERPs (TOTVS Protheus/RM, Omie, etc.); professional English (Spanish is a plus);
  • Availability for travel and on-site work.

Profile:

  • hands-on and proactive;
  • ownership mindset (proposes paths, suggests accounting entries, and closes loops);
  • pace and resilience (comfortable with pressure, shifting priorities, and multiple simultaneous clients);
  • objective and assertive communication with C-level, accountants, and auditors;
  • technical rigor + practical sense (precision without blocking execution).
  • Dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous projects.

You must be resident in the state of São Paulo and have availability to work on Alphaville – SP, Brazil and in clients.
