A global information provider is seeking a Senior Associate for their Legal Strategy & Operations team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in legal operations, proficient in various legal and automation tools. Responsibilities include managing legal systems, supporting users, and conducting project management. Position Title: Senior Associate, Legal Strategy & Operations
About the role: S&P Global Energy (SPGE) is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and knowledgeable candidate to fill the role of Senior Associate in the Legal Strategy & Operations Team, based in Brazil or Mexico.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, Strategy & Operations, this individual will provide valuable support to various aspects of the Team’s operational work, and will assist our user community by providing guidance on the tools used by the legal department such as Ironclad CLM, DocuSign eSignature, MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
The selected candidate should strive for continuous service improvement and provide efficient and effective support to end users. They should display sound judgment when making decisions and demonstrate initiative when a situation calls for action. The candidate will help to drive adoption of our operational systems and processes, while providing world‑class support and service to our user community.
