What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead international compensation processes, including market trend analysis and benchmarking salary structures
  • Conduct annual and ongoing market trend analysis for consulting and corporate structures
  • Serve as the liaison with salary survey vendors and manage survey submissions
  • Oversee the stock administration process and manage the PayFactors compensation database
  • Support the year‑end and mid‑year pay administration processes, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2–4 years of related experience in compensation or human resources
  • Strong math and analytical skills with expert knowledge of Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

  • Experience in the professional services industry
