Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join the Global Cybersecurity Red Team in Betim, MG, on-site. You will perform advanced offensive security activities, including red team operations, penetration testing, and adversary simulations to strengthen our ICT and OT security posture.

The role requires strong knowledge of security testing tools, networks, operating systems, and directory services, plus advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed in a technology-related field or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and offensive security techniques.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and directory services.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute penetration tests and red team operations across enterprise environments.
• Identify, exploit, and validate vulnerabilities to assess real business impact.
• Perform black-box, grey-box, and white-box security assessments across apps, networks, cloud, and industrial systems.
• Conduct end-to-end adversary simulations based on real-world threat techniques.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and detection mechanisms.
• Produce clear and actionable technical reports with risk prioritization and remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with application owners and support teams to ensure remediation actions and re-testing.
• Support threat hunting and attack surface analysis initiatives.

The person in this role will be part of the Global Cybersecurity Red Team, acting in advanced offensive security activities and adversary simulations, contributing directly to strengthening the organization’s cybersecurity posture across ICT and OT environments.

Main Responsibilities:

We expect you to have:

• Availability to work onsite in Betim (MG), Brazil.

It will be considered a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of exploit development or customization;
• Experience with post-exploitation techniques such as lateral movement and persistence;
• Familiarity with threat modeling and attack path analysis;
• Understanding of cryptography fundamentals;
• Offensive security certifications.
