What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support the full life cycle of campus recruiting for engineering interns, co‑ops, and entry‑level hires across the employer's business units
  • Partner with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and Campus Liaisons to execute talent acquisition strategies
  • Source and screen qualified student candidates through campus events and university partnerships
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow‑up with candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (Workday)
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of full‑time experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or a related field
  • Prior experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting Campus Recruiting, University Relations, or Early Career Talent Acquisition within a corporate environment
  • Experience coordinating high‑volume recruiting processes or event logistics
  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and university engagement strategies
  • Basic understanding of U.S. employment law and compliance requirements related to recruiting
