What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the full life cycle of campus recruiting for engineering interns, co‑ops, and entry‑level hires across the employer's business units
- Partner with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and Campus Liaisons to execute talent acquisition strategies
- Source and screen qualified student candidates through campus events and university partnerships
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow‑up with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (Workday)
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of full‑time experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or a related field
- Prior experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience supporting Campus Recruiting, University Relations, or Early Career Talent Acquisition within a corporate environment
- Experience coordinating high‑volume recruiting processes or event logistics
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and university engagement strategies
- Basic understanding of U.S. employment law and compliance requirements related to recruiting
