What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge AI models to enhance the functionalities of our AI‑driven translation services.
• Collaborate with AI scientists, engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver new and improve existing features.
• Drive innovation by assessing new technology, tools, and infrastructure to evolve our highly used cloud‑based functionalities and services.
• Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset to ensure security, compliance, and the efficient deployment of ML algorithms and applications.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance to the team.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Natural Language Processing. Additional linguistic studies and/or language skills are beneficial.
• Extensive experience in AI models' development and optimization (training, fine‑tuning, domain adaptation; proficient in experiment tracking, hyperparameters optimization). Familiarity with Machine Translation concepts is highly beneficial.
• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Proficiency in essential NLP libraries and tools, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas, or Scikit‑learn, for data manipulation and processing.
• Experience with AI offerings on hyperscalers like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects with a focus on innovation and technological excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly acquire a thorough understanding of new technological areas.
• Full professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
