Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a senior data scientist to support AI development programs, including AI process transformations and continuous improvement projects. You’ll take business problem statements through POC and prototype, then package solutions for handoff to delivery.

• Senior-level, hands-on data science experience (no purely managerial profiles).
• Production experience with GenAI/LLM and RAG solutions.
• Strong Python and ML/statistical modeling skills.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI and Databricks.
• Experience moving solutions from POC to prototype.
• Clear communicator with business acumen.
