Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to build secure enterprise apps and agentic workflows that connect AI agents to enterprise data and tools.

You will lead development across React, TypeScript, and Python, implement authentication and RBAC, and design scalable, compliant ai-powered solutions with robust testing and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/Software Eng or STEM, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software development experience and proven skill.
• 5+ years with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Experience in AI-assisted apps, agentic workflows, or tool-calling solutions.
• Familiarity with MCP, structured outputs, and context management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop secure enterprise applications using React, TypeScript, Python and API services.
• Build agentic workflows and MCP-based integrations connecting AI apps to data/tools.
• Implement structured outputs, workflow state management, and human approvals.
• Build authentication, authorization, RBAC, and audit logging.
• Implement AI evaluation, guardrails, tracing, monitoring for quality and cost.
• Collaborate with domain experts and PMs to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design reusable, configuration-driven components for cross-team use.
• Own production-grade code, tests, and documentation; mentor engineers.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to build secure enterprise applications and agentic workflows that connect AI agents to enterprise data and tools.

The mandatory requirements are 5+ years of software development experience, authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure coding practices, MCP experience, and an upper-intermediate English level.

Must haves

• Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering/related STEM (or Bachelor's + Master's/higher in STEM)
• 5+ years software development experience (or equivalent demonstrated skill)
• 5+ years with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable languages
• Strong React, API development, application architecture, automated testing, CI/CD
• Experience building AI-assisted apps, agentic workflows, or tool-calling solutions
• Experience with MCP, structured outputs, context management, or comparable frameworks
• Experience with auth/authz, RBAC, and secure coding practices
• Full lifecycle experience: requirements → architecture → deployment → production support
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Architect and develop secure enterprise applications (React, TypeScript, Python, API services)

• Partner with domain experts and PMs to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Design reusable, configuration-driven components for cross-team use
• Own production-quality code, tests, and documentation
• Mentor other engineers; guide technical direction across teams
