Job summary

R2 is seeking a Consolidation & Reporting Associate to own the group’s monthly close and reporting across LatAm and international entities. You will work under the Accounting Lead in the Controllership team, ensuring IFRS-compliant consolidation, intercompany eliminations and FX translation.

You will prepare monthly reporting packages for leadership, the Board and investors, plus annual financial statements under IFRS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounting, with 2+ in consolidation/group reporting.
• Active CRC required.
• Strong IFRS knowledge in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

• Monthly group consolidation under IFRS 10 and IAS 21, including intercompany eliminations and FX translation
• Monthly reporting package (BS, P&L, cash flow, flux analysis) for leadership, the Board and investors
• Individual and consolidated annual financial statements under IFRS
• Monthly close support: accruals, provisions, ECL and intercompany reconciliations
• Audit support, internal controls and process automation

• NetSuite, Big Four or fintech experience is a plus
