We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, remote-first sales environment. This role focuses on closing significant B2B SaaS deals, managing both new business and expansion opportunities, and delivering value to a diverse customer base—from emerging solopreneurs to enterprise clients. You will lead consultative sales conversations, build compelling business cases, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to balance autonomy with alignment in a high-performance, tech-enabled sales organization.

Accountabilities
  • Drive new business by closing deals with ACV ranging from $20K–$100K, managing prospects from trial to contract signature.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs, challenges, and success criteria.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight value for diverse use cases.
  • Build strong business cases and ROI models for executive stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex buying processes, engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Contribute to the evolution of sales methodology, playbooks, and team best practices.
  • Share knowledge, wins, and lessons learned to support team growth and success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with $30K–$50K ACV deals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and ranking as a top performer.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, including deep discovery and value-based business case development.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Business acumen with a data-driven, analytical approach to sales performance.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Customer-first mindset, prioritizing fit over commission.
  • Comfort with SaaS platforms and sales automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
