In the Semi Senior Ruby Developer position, leverage your Ruby expertise to create more complex and scalable web applications. You'll be instrumental in enhancing application performance, contributing to the development of robust features, and collaborating on various innovative projects.

What you will do

• Lead the development of Ruby applications, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills and coding proficiency.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in Ruby best practices and software development techniques.
• Play a key role in architectural decision-making, particularly in the context of Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
• Manage integration of Ruby applications with other services and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
