What you will do

Outbound Communication: SDRs reply to leads that reach out to us via emails, social media messages, and other communication channels to generate interest, and qualify leads.

Qualification: SDRs engage with prospects to assess their needs, pain points, challenges, and budget to determine whether they are a good fit for the company’s offerings. This involves asking qualifying questions and gathering relevant information.

Appointment Setting: Once a lead is qualified, SDRs schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the Client Partner team with qualified prospects. They coordinate calendars and ensure smooth transitions between the SDR and Client Partner team.

Follow-Up: SDRs follow up with leads who have shown interest but may not be ready to buy immediately. This includes sending follow-up emails, making follow-up calls, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. They also follow up internally on the status of the leads.

Data Management: SDRs maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, including notes from conversations, contact information, and lead status, in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Collaboration with Sales Team: SDRs work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, share insights from prospect interactions, and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Continuous Learning: SDRs continuously improve their sales skills and product knowledge through training, coaching, and self-directed learning to enhance their effectiveness in prospecting and lead qualification.

Metrics Tracking and Reporting: SDRs track key performance metrics such as the number of conversion rates, and SLA. They provide regular reports to management on their activities and results.

Business Development Specialist

The Senior Business Development professional will be responsible for the strategic development of new business and the growth of key accounts in the areas of international freight (air, sea), warehousing, and national distribution.

This role requires strong commercial experience in the integrated logistics sector, prospecting, analytical market vision, and proven ability to bring in new clients and generate consistent results through complete and customized logistics solutions for corporate clients.

Specific experience in international freight is required, at least 3 years in the role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Strategic Business Development: Prospect, identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into profitable accounts in the import, export, warehousing, and distribution segments. Work strategically with key clients, understanding their logistics chains, operational needs, and business objectives, to propose end-to-end solutions.
  • Technical Sales of Logistics Services: Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals involving international freight (FCL/LCL, air and multimodal), warehousing, domestic transport, and distribution.
  • Market Analysis and Business Intelligence: Monitor global and local trends in the logistics and foreign trade sector, identifying competitive opportunities, niches, and potential risks.
  • Pipeline and Forecast Management: Manage the sales funnel, prepare revenue forecasts, and ensure the achievement of growth and profitability targets for the area.
  • Relationship with Strategic Partners: Strengthen the network of international agents, shipping companies, airlines, logistics operators, and local suppliers, ensuring operational capacity and commercial competitiveness. Experience in the electronics, energy, and automotive segments is a plus.
  • Support for Corporate Strategy: Contribute market insights and strategic recommendations to the company's growth plan in Brazil and the Americas.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales in the international freight, warehousing, and distribution sector.
  • At least 3 years in international freight.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, prospecting clients, and developing key accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of international logistics operations, including import, export, cargo consolidation, bonded warehousing, and national distribution.
  • Experience with shipping lines, international agents, and local logistics providers.
  • Advanced or fluent English (essential). Spanish desirable. Mandarin will be a major advantage.
  • Availability for national and international travel.

Andromeda, an operating group within Constellation, is expanding its M&A team in Latin America. We are seeking a full-time M&A Business Development Associate based in Sao Paulo to support our efforts in identifying and building relationships with vertical market software companies across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with software business owners and founders across Latin America.
  • Proactively reach out to potential acquisition targets and maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture strong pipelines.
