Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Proven ability to lead SDET teams and guide juniors.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong CI/CD experience with integrated testing.
• Technical and managerial expertise in QA.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
