A função envolve guiar equipes, remover obstáculos, colaborar com Product Owners e garantir que a abordagem Scrum seja praticada eficazmente. O candidato ideal deverá ter mais de três anos de experiência como Scrum Master e mais de quatro anos na indústria de TI, além de dominar ferramentas como Jira e Confluence e ter fluência em Espanhol e um nível avançado de Inglês. Overview of the role

Requirements

• More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
