Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of SAP TSW module, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Configure SAP TSW module according to business requirements, including settings for product movements, scheduling, inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within SAP TSW, collaborating with stakeholders to implement enhancements and drive efficiencies in supply chain operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP TSW with other SAP modules and external systems, such as ERP systems, third-party logistics providers, and trading partners, utilizing SAP PI / PO or other middleware solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving issues, troubleshooting system errors, and delivering training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of SAP TSW functionalities.
