A consulting firm is seeking a SAP Service / Field Service Functional Consultant to support users in Brazil and Argentina. The role requires fluent English and Portuguese, with advanced Spanish as a plus. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in implementing Service solutions and be able to assist with Service Center processes. This remote position emphasizes strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously within a team setting.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist users in Brazil and Argentina regarding Service Center processes.

Job Title: SAP Service / Field Service Functional Consultant / SAP CS.

Location: LATAM (Remote) — Brazil and Argentina support

Duration: 6 months, possible extension.

English / Portuguese: Fluent

Spanish: Advanced

SAP SM Functional Consultant to support users in Brazil and Argentina. The consultant must be able to assist with Service Center and Service Orders processes, work independently, and communicate effectively across multiple languages in a LATAM support environment.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users with questions related to Service Center and Service Orders processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and understanding their integration with other SAP components is a plus.
  • Field Service support and implementation is a plus.
  • Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus.
  • Experience as a key contributor in multiple end‑to‑end implementation projects.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Enjoys working within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic.
  • Works well within a team environment while being self‑driven and autonomous.
