A leading consulting firm is seeking a SAP Service / Field Service Functional Consultant to provide remote support for users in Brazil and Argentina. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Portuguese, with advanced skills in Spanish, and possess at least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions. Responsibilities include assisting with Service Center and Service Orders processes and actively contributing to implementation projects.

Qualificações

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules is a plus.
  • Field Service support and implementation experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Support users in Brazil and Argentina with Service Center and Service Orders processes.
  • Contribute to multiple end-to-end implementation projects.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in English and Portuguese
Advanced Spanish
Experience with SAP Service Management (SM)

Job Title: SAP Service / Field Service Functional Consultant / SAP CS.

Location: LATAM (Remote) — Brazil and Argentina support

Duration: 6 months, possible extension.

English / Portuguese: Fluent

Spanish: Advanced

SAP SM Functional Consultant to support users in Brazil and Argentina. The consultant must be able to assist with Service Center and Service Orders processes, work independently, and communicate effectively across multiple languages in a LATAM support environment.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users with questions related to Service Center and Service Orders processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and understanding their integration with other SAP components is a plus.
  • Field Service support and implementation is a plus.
  • Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus.
  • Experience as a key contributor in multiple end‑to‑end implementation projects.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Enjoys working within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic.
  • Works well within a team environment while being self‑driven and autonomous.
