A leading tech consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP Service / Field Service Functional Consultant to support users in Brazil and Argentina. This remote role involves assisting with Service Center and Service Orders processes. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enjoy working in teams while also being autonomous is essential.

Qualificações

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Experience configuring SAP SM modules and understanding integration with other components.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Support users in Brazil and Argentina regarding Service Center and Service Orders processes.
  • Work independently and communicate effectively in a LATAM environment.
  • Assist with Service Center operations.

Job Title

SAP Service / Field Service Functional Consultant / SAP CS. Location: LATAM (Remote) – Brazil and Argentina support

Duration

6 months, possible extension.

Responsibilities

SAP SM Functional Consultant to support users in Brazil and Argentina. The consultant must be able to assist with Service Center and Service Orders processes, work independently, and communicate effectively across multiple languages in a LATAM support environment.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users with questions related to Service Center and Service Orders processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and understanding their integration with other SAP components is a plus.
  • Field Service support and implementation is a plus.
  • Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus.
  • Experience as a key contributor in multiple end‑to‑end implementation projects.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Enjoys working within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic.
  • Works well within a team environment while being self‑driven and autonomous.
