A technology consulting firm is seeking experienced SAP Service Management Consultants to support users in Brazil and Argentina. The role requires over 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing service solutions and participating in end-to-end implementation projects. Strong configuration skills in SAP Service Management modules are essential. This is a remote position offering a contract duration of 12 months with a possibility for extension.

• Advanced English proficiency.

Job Title: SAP Service Management

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Duration: 12 months + possible extension

Client is looking for experienced SAP Service Management Consultants to help support their team with strong configuration experience to help with their roadmap to S/4HANA from ECC.

Suitable candidates will have the below:

• Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.
• Additional Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus.
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components.
• Have experience as a key contributor to multiple end‑to‑end implementation projects.
