Mindsprint in Brazil seeks an experienced SAP PMO lead to steer SAP implementation projects. You will create and manage plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee risk management, governance, and reporting to senior management.

You will collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure project management practices are followed. The role requires a 5+ year track record in PMO roles and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP implementation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and components.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior leadership and team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and software.
