What role you will play in our team

We are seeking a skilled SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) System Analyst professional to support and optimize our end-to-end OTC processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. This role involves configuring SAP systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless order management, billing, and cash application within an Agile delivery environment.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design OTC solutions within SAP (SD /FI module and related integrations).
• Configure and maintain SAP Order to Cash functionalities including:
  • Order Management
  • Pricing
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Credit Management
  • Account Receivable
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure process alignment.
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development.
• Conduct testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
• Provide go-live and hyper-care support during SAP rollouts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and deliver solutions iteratively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.

About you

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years in SAP OTC configuration and support.
• Familiarity with integration points between OTC and FI/MM modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and data structures.
• Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and work with technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe)

Preferred Skills

• SAP ECC experience.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• SAP certification in SD or OTC modules.
• Knowledge of EDI, IDoc processing, and third-party system integrations
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset.
