Stefanini LATAM is seeking a Senior SAP O2C - EDI Consultant to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes with a strong focus on electronic data interchange. The role involves designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA O2C and EDI solutions to support high-volume, automated transaction processing in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in SAP O2C and EDI oriented roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD (ECC and S/4HANA).
• Experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Manufacturing industry experience, automotive a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of SAP O2C EDI solutions and process architectures for orders, ASN, and invoicing.
• Configure IDocs, partner profiles, and message control; integrate systems via SAP PI/PO or CPI.
• Define scope and timelines for EDI workstreams and coordinate with external partners.
• Act as liaison between business, IT, and partners to translate requirements into integration solutions.
• Optimize EDI processing and monitoring, improving error handling and data accuracy.

We are looking for a Senior SAP O2C - EDI Consultant to lead end-to-end Orderto-Cash processes with a heavy focus on electronic data interchange. This role is critical for designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA O2C and EDI solutions to support high-volume, automated transaction processing within a manufacturing environment. This is a senior, hands-on role. We are targeting a consultant who can design, configure, and influence business decisions rather than a standard staff augmentation profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of SAP O2C EDI solutions and architect processes for orders, Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), and invoicing.
• Implementation & Configuration: Configure IDocs, partner profiles, and message control while integrating systems using SAP PI/PO, CPI, or other EDI platforms.
• Project Delivery: Define scope and timelines for EDI workstreams and coordinate technical certification with external partners.
• Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the business, IT teams, and external partners to translate requirements into integration solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize EDI processing and monitoring while enhancing error handling and data accuracy

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Seniority: Senior Consultant / Lead level, with 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Core Expertise: Strong expertise in SAP SD (ECC and S/4HANA).
• EDI Skills: Mandatory experience with EDI / IDocs and knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Industry Experience: Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing sector. Experience in the Automotive industry is a strong plus.
• Project History: Participation in at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Language: Fluent English is mandatory for both business and technical communication.
• Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and experience in workshop facilitation
