Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a SAP MM Senior Consultant based in Brazil to support SAP S/4HANA environments, focusing on procurement, inventory management, logistics, and fiscal operations in scope of Brazilian Tax Reform.

You will design, configure, test, and optimize Procure-to-Pay processes, integrate SAP MM with SD, FI, PP, and EWM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP MM in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with Nota Fiscal within SAP MM S/4HANA.
• Experience with inventory management and physical inventory processes.
• Familiarity with SD, FI, PP, and EWM integrations.
• Experience supporting Brazilian Tax Reform initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and enhancements in a post-S/4HANA environment.
• Configure and support SAP MM processes for procurement, inventory, logistics, and fiscal operations.
• Analyze requirements, assess impacts, and propose SAP-aligned solutions.
• Design, test, and support P2P processes and related system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user training.
• Support SAP MM functionalities: Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Verification.
• Contribute to Brazilian Tax Reform initiatives and deployment efforts.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Tax, and Logistics teams.

The SAP MM Senior Consultant will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA environments, with a focus on procurement, inventory management, logistics, and fiscal operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to major transformation initiatives, including adaptations required for the Brazilian Tax Reform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design solutions, improve processes, and ensure operational efficiency. The role requires strong technical expertise, business understanding, and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective SAP solutions. Accountabilities:

• Provide functional support and enhancement activities in a post-S/4HANA environment.
• Configure, implement, and support SAP MM processes related to procurement, inventory management, logistics, and fiscal operations.
• Analyze business requirements, assess system impacts, and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Design, test, and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and related system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide user support, guidance, and training.
• Support and configure key SAP MM functionalities, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Verification.
• Participate in Brazilian Tax Reform initiatives by supporting process reviews, system adjustments, testing activities, and deployment efforts.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Tax, and Logistics teams to improve processes and maintain compliance.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules, including SD, FI, PP, and EWM.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the evolution of SAP solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with SAP EWM.
• Strong experience with Nota Fiscal processes within SAP MM S/4HANA.
• Expertise in Batch Management and Serial Number Management.
• Experience implementing and supporting special procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and physical inventory processes.
• Understanding of SAP MM integrations with modules such as SD, FI, PP, and EWM.
• Experience with SAP MM reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Argentina localization is considered an advantage.
• Previous involvement in tax-related transformation projects, especially Brazilian Tax Reform initiatives, is a plus.
